เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ EzyBot (ฉบับร่าง)

การสมัครสมาชิกและใช้งานเว็บไซต์ EzyBot รวมถึงส่วนขยายเบราว์เซอร์ (Extensions) ถือว่าคุณยอมรับเงื่อนไขต่อไปนี้
1. เกี่ยวกับบริการ
EzyBot เป็นเครื่องมือช่วยกรอกข้อมูลและทำงานอัตโนมัติฝั่งผู้ใช้ (user-side) เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ต่าง ๆ EzyBot ไม่ได้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องหรือได้รับการรับรองจากแพลตฟอร์มจำหน่ายบัตรหรือบริการของบุคคลที่สามใด ๆ
2. บัญชีและรหัสผ่าน
คุณมีหน้าที่รักษารหัสผ่านและบัญชีของคุณเป็นความลับ หนึ่งบัญชีใช้สำหรับเจ้าของคนเดียว และจำกัดจำนวนอุปกรณ์ตามแพ็กเกจที่ซื้อ
3. สิทธิ์ใช้งานและการชำระเงิน
สิทธิ์ใช้งานแต่ละโปรแกรมจำหน่ายแยกตามแพ็กเกจและระยะเวลาที่กำหนด การสร้างบัญชีไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย แต่การใช้งานโปรแกรมต้องมีสิทธิ์ใช้งานที่ชำระเงินแล้ว
4. การใช้งานที่เหมาะสม
ห้ามนำบัญชี/รหัสไปแบ่งปันหรือจำหน่ายต่อ ห้ามใช้โปรแกรมในทางที่ผิดกฎหมายหรือละเมิดเงื่อนไขของแพลตฟอร์มปลายทาง
5. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
EzyBot เป็นเครื่องมือช่วยเหลือ ไม่รับประกันผลลัพธ์การจองหรือการทำรายการบนแพลตฟอร์มของบุคคลที่สาม
6. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข
เราอาจปรับปรุงเงื่อนไขนี้เป็นครั้งคราว โดยจะระบุวันที่อัปเดตไว้ด้านบน

By signing up and using the EzyBot website and browser extensions, you agree to the following terms.
1. About the Service
EzyBot is a user-side automation and form-filling tool designed to make using various websites more convenient. EzyBot is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party ticketing platforms or services.
2. Account and Password
You are responsible for keeping your password and account confidential. One account is for a single owner, with a device limit according to your purchased package.
3. Licenses and Payment
Each program's license is sold separately by package and duration. Creating an account is free, but using a program requires a paid license.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not share or resell your account or password. Do not use the software for illegal purposes or in violation of the terms of the target platforms.
5. Limitation of Liability
EzyBot is an assistive tool and does not guarantee booking results or transactions on third-party platforms.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the update date will be shown above.
